In his words:
"There was a question put to the panel regarding links to terrorism. I would like to respond that the committee and its bureau and all members only function under and for resolutions of the UN. And all precautions in finding the lists of invitees take this into account. So none of the organizations, no individual, no committee, in this forum, is on the list for the UN on terrorism. Or under sanctions of UN resolutions or its Charter. This had been asked to panelists, I think it was a press organization, I wish to produce this clarification. We are very careful with such issues."
But in fact, the CEIRPP accredits and associates with NGOs that condone or justify violence against Jews inside or outside of Israel. The support of violence takes various forms: the reference to killers as martyrs, support for armed or violent struggle or resistance, and the effort to justify violence by focusing on alleged causes of terrorism. NGOs who wish to be "accredited" with the CEIRPP and be able to attend UN meetings submit an application form that includes information on their activities and programs "in support of the achievement of the inalienable rights of the Palestinian people." The application is submitted to the Division for Palestinian Rights of the UN Secretariat, which then sends it for approval to the CEIRPP.
Here are just a few of the NGOs accredited by way of this UN process, and examples of support for terrorism by such CEIRPP-accredited NGOs:

Not only does the CEIRPP accredit terrorist sympathizers, but according to one of the panelists at the June 29th CEIRPP event, Palestinian Saeb Erekat, organizations that perpetrate suicide bombings and murder Israelis are not terrorist groups. In his words:"Hamas and the PFLP [Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine] are not terrorist organizations."
Both Hamas and the PFLP are designated foreign terrorist organizations by the U.S. State Department.
