Expected to agree to 'report' Iran to the UN Security Council but to delay substantive discussion in New York until March. *February 16: Iranian negotiators meet their Russian counterparts in Moscow to discuss the 'Russian proposal' to enrich uranium outside Iranian territory - the main international attempt to find a compromise. *February 28: IAEA chief Mohamed ElBaradei has given Tehran until the end of February to increase his agency's access to people, sites and documents so it can decide whether Iran has operated a covert weapons programme. *March 2: Mr ElBaradei due to issue report on Iran's behaviour - a key reference point for subsequent debates in Vienna and New York. *March 6: IAEA board meets to discuss Mr ElBaradei's report. *Later in March: UN Security Council to discuss resolution on Iran. Unlikely to involve sanctions but could pave the way for future action.
