Israel to present complaint to UN over Lebanon rocket fire

The letter highlights how the rocket fire represents a blatant violation of UN 1701 and how Israel has a responsibility to ensure the safety of its citizens from radical terror groups. 

The letter also states that combating arms smuggling both in Lebanon and along the border with Gaza helps ensure regional stability.
