UN's Cast Lead war crimes probe team holds hearings in Gaza

The United Nations team investigating alleged war crimes committed during Operation Cast Lead in January held hearings on Sunday with Palestinian victims in the Gaza Strip. 
The hearings were being broadcast live on Hamas's television channel, Israel Radio reported. 
The team, led by veteran war crimes investigator Richard Goldstone, will continue to hold hearings in Gaza City Monday, UN officials said. 
Last week, UN spokeswoman Doune Porter said the team also would hold hearings in Geneva on July 6-7 under the same conditions.
