Top Hamas terrorist Mahmoud a-Zahar expressed his organization's thanks to the UN Human Rights Commission for voting to refer the Goldstone report to the UN Security Council. He issued a statement thanking the nations who stood at the side of the Palestinian people and enabled the report's approval. 
With their help, he said, we will be able to turn the international arena into one big prison for the Zionist war criminals. This is a victory for the blood of the martyrs, for the destroyed homes, and for all those who were slaughtered and called 'terrorists.' Today the whole world knows who the terrorists are, he said.
