NEW OP 4bis: Urges all Palestinian armed groups to respect the rules of international humanitarian law;

NEW OP4ter: Urges also all Palestinian armed groups to refrain from violence against the civilian population;

 
NEW OP 4 quarter Urges those who detain the Israeli soldier to treat him humanly, in all circumstances, in conformity with the Geneva Conventions.
