		Note verbale dated 7 February 2007 from the Permanent
Mission of Bulgaria to the United Nations addressed to the Chairman of the Committee


	The Permanent Mission of the Republic of Bulgaria to the United Nations presents its compliments to the Chairman of the Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 1718 (2006). With reference to paragraph 11 of the resolution, the Permanent Mission has the honour to inform the Committee that in addition to the report already submitted by the Republic of Bulgaria and as part of the steps taken to implement the above-mentioned resolution at the national level, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Bulgaria adopted Decree No. 3 on 15 January 2007 on the implementation of resolution 1718 (2006) in accordance with the Common Position of the Council of the European Union of 20 November 2006 on the application of sanctions against the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea.
