Mr. President, my delegation would like to express our sincere appreciation for the reports given by Mr. Mudho, and we would like to express our appreciation for the study he has taken on the foreign debts and its impact on the full enjoyment of all human rights, and also my delegation would like to assure him that we will, as always, support his work. My delegation has carefully listened to his presentation and we have taken note that indeed the foreign debt burdens have brought about a negative impact on the full enjoyment of economic, social, and cultural rights and also the realization on time of the Millennium Development Goals. My delegation would like to ask, Mr. President for you or Mr. Mudho what kind of a role he can play for the on-time realization of the relevant Millennium Development Goals? My second question is directed to Mr. Vernor, the Special Rapporteur on the right to education. My government supports and appreciates the work undertaken by Mr. Vernor and we have also taken note that in his presentations, he has highlighted the importance of integrating children with disabilities into the normal educational system and my delegation is in full agreement with this view. But, the fact on the ground is in many low-income development countries, the rate of enrollment into elementary school by normal children is relatively low and the government has faced huge pressure in terms of its resources in that regarded. And based on the experience of Mr. Vernor, my delegation would like to know that how to guarantee the full integration of the children with disability into the normal education system and since he has traveled broadly, my delegation would like to know whether there has been any successful experience of any countries whereby we can learn by. I thank you, Mr. President.
