3/…  Report of the Commission of Inquiry on Lebanon
	The Human Rights Council,
	Recalling its resolution S-2/1 of 11 August 2006 on “The grave situation of human rights in Lebanon caused by Israeli military operations”,
	Having considered the report of the Commission of Inquiry on Lebanon (A/HRC/3/2),
	1.	Takes note with appreciation of the report of the Commission of Inquiry on Lebanon (A/HRC/3/2);
	2.	Requests the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights to consult with the Government of Lebanon on ways and means of implementing the relevant recommendations contained in the report of Inquiry which are consistent with paragraph 7 of the Council resolution S-2/1 and to report to the Council at its fourth session.
