Second Right of Reply of Zimbabwe to Special Rapporteurs

Thank you Mr. President.  I would like to thank the distinguished delegate from Australia for giving the council the information on aid to Zimbabwe.  What the council is not being told is that the money – money – being given is going towards certain sectors to affect regime change.  I refer to the 18 million– this is not a secret, Prime Minister Howard himself has said we have committed 18 million dollars to affect regime change in Zimbabwe.  And who are the ordinary Zimbabweans who are benefiting from this money? Or surely I should tell us if they so with.  If they don’t know we will give them the information. Thank you.
