Annex to the identical letters dated 5 July 2007 from the Chargé d’affaires a.i. of the Permanent Mission of Lebanon to the United Nations addressed to the Secretary-General and the President of the Security Council Israeli violations, acts of aggression and activities from 22 to 30 June 2007, inclusive Air violations – On 24 June 2007, between 1030 hours and 1108 hours, four enemy Israeli warplanes violated Lebanese airspace, entering over Rumaysh heading north, circled over the regions of the South and the Shuf, then left over ‘Aytarun. – On 25 June 2007, between 1430 hours and 1445 hours, enemy Israeli warplanes overflew the area of Bint Jubayl. – On 26 June 2007, between 1220 hours and 1235 hours, two enemy Israeli warplanes violated Lebanese airspace, entering over the sea off Tripoli, circled over the Baalbek area, then left over the sea off Shikka. On 27 June 2007: – Between 1015 hours and 1325 hours, an enemy Israeli reconnaissance aircraft violated Lebanese airspace, entering over Naqurah, circled over the regions of the South, then left over Bint Jubayl. – Between 1814 hours and 2230 hours, an enemy Israeli reconnaissance aircraft violated Lebanese airspace, entering over ‘Aytarun heading north, circled over the regions of the South, then left over Alma al-Sha‘b. On 28 June 2007: – Between 1104 hours and 1517 hours, an enemy Israeli reconnaissance aircraft violated Lebanese airspace, entering over Naqurah, circled over the regions of the South, then left over Alma al-Sha‘b. – Between 1319 hours and 1340 hours, two enemy Israeli warplanes violated Lebanese airspace, entering over Alma al-Sha‘b, circled between Shikka and the South, then left over the sea off Shikka. – Between 1405 hours and 1415 hours, two enemy Israeli warplanes violated Lebanese airspace, entering over the sea off Jounieh heading south, then left over Alma al-Sha‘b. – Between 1423 hours and 1500 hours, two enemy Israeli warplanes violated Lebanese airspace, entering over Naqurah, circled over the regions of Beirut, al-Hirmil and Shikka, then left over Alma al-Sha‘b. – Between 1512 hours and 1906 hours, an enemy Israeli reconnaissance aircraft violated Lebanese airspace, entering over Tyre, circled over the regions of Beirut and the South, then left over Alma al-Sha‘b. – Between 1516 hours and 1900 hours, an enemy Israeli reconnaissance aircraft violated Lebanese airspace, entering over Bint Jubayl, circled over the South, then left over Alma al-Sha‘b. Sea violations None. On 23 June 2007, a letter was received from the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) indicating that on 20 June 2007, between 0840 and 0850 hours, there was only one Israeli enemy launch present, not three.
