the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea



		Note verbale dated 23 May 2007 from the Permanent Mission 
of Ukraine to the United Nations addressed to the Chairman of 
the Committee


	The Permanent Mission of Ukraine to the United Nations presents its compliments to the Chairman of the Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 1718 (2006), and has the honour to inform the Committee that the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted on 16 May 2007 Order No. 746 on the implementation of Security Council resolution 1718 (2006) concerning the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea. The Order decides that the State executive bodies concerned must take action with the aim of fulfilling the requirements of Security Council resolution 1718 (2006), in particular its paragraph 8.
