	The Permanent Mission of the Russian Federation to the United Nations presents its compliments to the Chairman of the Committee established pursuant to Security Council resolution 1718 (2006) and has the honour to inform him that, on 27 May 2007, Mr. V. V. Putin, President of the Russian Federation, signed decree No. 665 on measures to implement Security Council resolution 1718 (2006) of 14 October 2006.
