(Signed) Nawaf Salam Ambassador Permanent Representative Annex to the identical letters dated 24 September 2007 from the Permanent Representative of Lebanon to the United Nations addressed to the Secretary-General and the President of the Security Council Israeli violations, aggressions and other activities between 8 and 14 September 2007 Air violations – On 8 September 2007, between 1135 and 1300 hours, two enemy Israeli warplanes violated Lebanese airspace over Kafr Killa, circled between Shikka and the South, and then left over Naqurah. – On 9 September 2007, between 0815 and 1955 hours, two enemy Israeli warplanes violated Lebanese airspace over Naqurah, flying north as far as Beirut, circled between Beirut and the South, and then left over Rumaysh. Between 2100 and 2140 hours, two enemy Israeli warplanes violated Lebanese airspace over Alma al-Sha`b heading north, proceeded as far as Shikka, circled over the North, Beirut and the South, and then left over Rumaysh. Between 2209 and 2310 hours, two warplanes violated Lebanese airspace over Rumaysh heading north, proceeded as far as Beirut, circled between Beirut and the South, and then left over Alma al-Sha`b. – On 10 September 2007, between 0959 and 1910 hours, an enemy Israeli reconnaissance aircraft violated Lebanese airspace over Rumaysh, proceeded as far as the Bekaa, circled between Baalbek, Riyaq and the South, and then left over Alma al-Sha`b. Between 1135 and 1310 hours, two enemy Israeli warplanes violated Lebanese airspace over Kafr Killa, proceeded as far as Shikka, circled between the North and the South, over land and sea, and then left over Alma al-Sha`b. – On 12 September 2007, between 1200 and 1300 hours, two enemy Israeli warplanes violated Lebanese airspace over Kafr Killa, heading north as far as Shikka, circled between Shikka, the South and the Bekaa, and then left over the sea off Shikka. Between 1214 and 2005 hours, an enemy Israeli reconnaissance aircraft violated Lebanese airspace over Alma al-Sha`b, proceeded in the direction of the Bekaa as far as Baalbek and circled between Riyaq and Baalbek; it then headed south and circled between the South and the Western Bekaa, and then left over Kafr Killa. Between 1334 and 1341 hours, two enemy Israeli warplanes violated Lebanese airspace over the sea off Beirut heading south; they then left over Alma al-Sha`b. – On 13 September 2007, between 1020 and 1155 hours, two enemy Israeli warplanes violated Lebanese airspace over Kafr Killa, circled between Shikka and the South, circled over the Bekaa and Al-Arz, and then left over Alma alSha`b. Between 1600 and 2210 hours, an enemy Israeli reconnaissance aircraft violated Lebanese airspace over Alma al-Sha`b, circled over the South, and then left over Rumaysh. – On 14 September 2007, between 1140 and 1315 hours, two enemy Israeli warplanes violated Lebanese airspace over Alma al-Sha`b heading north, circled over all areas of Lebanon, and then left over the sea off Naqurah. Sea violations None.
