I n a d c l r e s s i n gh e t Committee'sReport,the Delegation Egypt would like to ernphasize of his supportits contenf, stressing following: thc First: What the Committeeos notedregarding that occupation itselfis in a violation of human rights, and ifs nnte regardingthe serious deteriorationof the human rights situation in the occupied Palestinian Territory and in the occupiedsyrian Golan, all of which arisesfrom the continuedoccupation and the collective punishment measures appliedby Israel. Second: The systematic violations the IsraeliOccupying of Powerof the basic Palestinian human rights as statedin the Human Righfs f)eclaration,the InternationalCovenanton Civil and Political Rights and other charters and tools that the international communitvdeterrnined and accepted a basefor human being as future. 'fhe OccupyingPowercontinucto imposerestrictions on the freedtlmof tnovetnent and access antl other forms of collective punishment rneasures banned by article (33) of thc F-ourth Geneva convention.
