Second: The systematic violations the IsraeliOccupying of Powerof the basic Palestinian human rights as statedin the Human Righfs f)eclaration,the InternationalCovenanton Civil and Political Rights and other charters and tools that the international communitvdeterrnined and accepted a basefor human being as future.
