The draft annual programme of work is based on Res. 5/1 and other resolutions and decisions adopted by the Council and is subject to change according to any further resolutions and decisions of the Council, including those related to the process of the review, rationalization and improvement of mandates. 2 The program of work of the September-December Session as distributed during the 6th Session of the HRC. 3 While all reports attributed to the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, OHCHR or the Secretary-General are submitted under item 2 of the agenda, the Council may wish to consider them under another item of its agenda.
