( Due to late submission to the Conference Services of UNOG, the following reports scheduled for circulation at the present session of the Preparatory Committee in all official languages as documents of general distribution have been issued as conference room papers (CRPs) in English only:

	A/CONF.211/PC.2/3 will be issued as A/CONF.211/PC.2/CRP.6
	A/CONF.211/PC.2/5 is issued as A/CONF.211/PC.2/CRP.5 
	A/CONF.211/PC.2/7 is issued as A/CONF.211/PC.2/CRP.4 
	A/CONF.211/PC.2/8 is issued as A/CONF.211/PC.2/CRP.3

To facilitate the work of delegations, all above-mentioned documents have been already circulated in Conference Room XIX in hard copy in their advance unedited or edited versions. They have also been posted on the PrepCom webpage.
 
Notes
 ( All delegations scheduled to take the floor must provide the Secretariat beforehand with 25 copies of their statements. For general distribution, 250 copies are  needed.
