	Iraq advised that paragraphs 3 and 4 of General Assembly resolution 62/63 are applicable in Iraqi law under articles 10 and 12 of Iraqi criminal law No. 111 of 1969, and article 53 (b) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, law No. 23 of 1971.
