(a)

to allocate adequateresourcesfrom the regular budget of the United

Nations to facilitate the participationin the Review Conference the relevant of human rights treaty bodies and thematic specialproceduresand mechanisms of the Human Rights Council; and

(b)

to solicit voluntary contributionsto facilitatethe participationin the

Review Conference representatives the leastdevelopedcountries, of of representatives national humanrights institutionsand non-governmental of organizations, especially thosefrom developing countries.
