11/…	Intergovernmental Working Group on the effective implementation 
of the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action
	The Human Rights Council,
	Recalling Commission on Human Rights resolutions 2002/68 of 25 April 2002 and 2003/30 of 23 April 2003,
	Recalling also its resolution 1/5 of 30 June 2006 and its decision 3/103 of 23 April 2003,
	Stressing that the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action, adopted on 8 September 2001 by the World Conference against Racism, Racial Discrimination, Xenophobia and Related Intolerance, provides a solid basis for combating the contemporary manifestations of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance,
	Welcoming the convening of the Durban Review Conference, held in the framework of the General Assembly from 20 to 24 April 2009, and looking forward to the adoption of its outcome document by the Assembly at its sixty-fourth session,
	1.	Decides to extend the mandate of the Intergovernmental Working Group on the effective implementation of the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action for a period of three years;
	2.	Also decides to remain seized of this matter under the relevant agenda item.
