Vote on Report of Fact Finding Mission on Gaza Conflict

INDIAN REPRESENTATIVE:  Thank you Mr. President.  Mr. President, India has a deep association 
with and continuing commitment to Palestine.  We voted for the resolution.  We believe that the recommendation of the report of the fact-finding commission on the Gaza conflict, that both sides should undertake investigations that are independent, credible and in conformity with international standards must be implemented forthwith.
Our vote, however, should not be construed as endorsing reference to the International Criminal Court and the United Nations Security Council.  Thank you Mr. President.
