LAO PEOPLE'S DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC:  Thank you Mr. President.  I take the floor to declare that had my delegation been present during the time of the vote on the resolution A/64/L48, we would have voted in favor of the resolution.  I would be thankful if my statement could be reflected in the report of the meeting.  Thank you.
