Adoption of the outcome document of the Durban
Review Conference

The General Assembly, welcoming the outcome document of the Durban
Review Conference1 convened in Geneva from 20 to 24 April 2009 within the
framework of the General Assembly in accordance with its resolution 61/149 of
19 December 2006,

(a) Decides to endorse the outcome document of the Conference;
(b) Also decides to implement the outcome of the Durban Review
Conference as part of the wider implementation of the Durban Declaration and
Programme of Action.2
