Bolton, U.S. Representative to the United Nations, Iran, at the Security Council Stakeout, July 20, 2006 Ambassador Bolton: Okay, well I know you’ve heard from the others from the Perm 5 plus Germany meeting. We have some good news and some bad news. The good news is that everybody had instructions today; the bad news was they didn’t all agree. In true Security Council fashion, we will meet again tomorrow, ever hopeful, and try and hash out some of these differences in language. It remains my objective to finish this by the end of the week but whether we’ll be successful, we will have to see tomorrow. Reporter: (Inaudible) the primary differences were over one issue, can you talk about any issues (inaudible)? Ambassador Bolton: I’d rather not get into specifics of the differences but I think the common ground was that we were able to agree that our Ministers had agreed that they wanted the requirement that Iran suspend all of its uranium enrichment and reprocessing activities be made mandatory. So we have to take that agreement and make it operational in a resolution
