As clearly outlined in Article IV of the "Rules of Procedure of the General Conference", the procedure of credentials examination is intended solely to ensure that credentials of delegations have been properly issued and presented in a timely manner. This procedure is in no way a political one; nor is it intended to be used as a means for advancing political interests. The Delegation of Israel requests that this document be included in this 50th Conference's report and be treated as an official document of the Conference.
