OR Idea B 18(5) The criminalization of terrorist acts under the present Convention is without prejudice to the legal statusof any other acts or activities undertakenin pursuit of the right of self determination in accordancewith the Charter of the United Nations. OR Idea C 18(5) The provisionsof this Conventionshouldbe implemented a mannercompatible in with the requirements of international law applicable in armed conflict particularly thoseof the principles and rules of internationalhumanitarianlaw.
