We remain concernedat the grave breachesof International Law, including the Fourth GenevaConvention, that continueto be committedby Israel in this regard,including, inter alia, t-hedestruction and requisiti;;i land and properties,the violations of the Palestinianplople's fieedom of movement and their right to work, to health, to educationand to an adequatestandardbf Uving, and the displacementof palestinian civilians from their homesand lands. Once again, the Non-Aligned Movement demandsthat Israel scrupulouslyrespect its legal obligations pursuant to the edvisgv Opinion, especiallyregarding paragraphs rlz, r53 and jOs (c) wliich statis that Israel has the obligation_ repair the damagescaused-by to fhe-constructionof tne Watl in the Occupied PalestinianTerritory, including East Jerusalem,and to comply fully with resolution ES- ro/r5. Tfe Non-AljgnedMovement would like to recall, in particular, the determination of the International Court of Justice that Israel is under an obligation to terminate its breachesof International [aw, to ceasethe construction of the Wall, to dismantle the structure therein situated, and to repeal or render ineffectiveall legislativeand regulatoryactsrelating thereto.
