SG: The Report from the [International] Atomic [Energy] Agency will go to the Security Council, but I think this is not the end of the road. Both the Iranians and the partners they are negotiating with have indicated that this is not the end of the road. The Atomic Agency, Mr. [Mohamed] El Baradei, will be working on a report that should be submitted to the Board at the end of the month.
