Note
In his proposed text on setting up the institutions of the Human Rights Council, the President of the Human Rights Council promotes the condemnation of Israel (and only Israel) as a permanent item on the agenda. -- a move in obvious conflict with his alleged insistence that the agenda conform to principles of "universality," "objectivity," and "non-selectiveness."
