The annual report of UN High Commissioner of Human Rights, Jordanian Zeid Ra'ad Al Hussein, ignores the human rights of Israeli victims of Palestinian terror attacks. Instead, the report refers to the wave of terror attacks as "the increasing violence and unrest across the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem, starting at the end of September 2015".
These are the report's only mentions of Israel/Palestinians:
